  • On 5th of August 2017 the lesser nations of the world will be given the opportunity to wrestle the crown away from those pasty heroes in blue.

  • This will take place on August 5th followed by an evening social.
Current Wanderers players – If you are interested please email your nationality or nationalities to: [email protected]
  • It doesn’t matter how tenuous or how far back in your heritage you look. You could have lived abroad or your grandmother could have had a penchant for sake. Doesn’t matter.

The L7 are currently leading for the ladies and the M4 leading for the men’s. It is a very tight contest for the men though, so depending on how the next couple of weekends go, it could swing one of many ways! So get down to the Clubhouse and help your team to the main victory that matters this season!

Heads up that the last Saturday that the Clubhouse is open this season is 25th March… only 2 more Saturdays to go! Any teams playing after this date will have to organise home teas in a local pub. Please talk to Becky Reid if you have any questions about this.

Wedding Bells!

Congratulations (in advance) to Wanderers Social Secretary and M6 player Oli Dobbs who is marrying L3s GK Lou Matson this Saturday in Belfast.

Wanderers on TOUR *in London!

The Richmond Summer Social is a 1-day multi-sport festival in Richmond park. Hockey is played on grass and this year there are men’s, women’s and mixed tournaments. This is followed by a festival style party with DJs in the rugby grounds.

The L7s went last year and had an awesome time. It would be fantastic to have as many Wanderers teams entered as possible. Entry is super cheap and each team can be up-to 10 players. L6s and L7s are already entered, get involved here: https://www.summersocial.co.uk/london.
